Saddened by the quality of the towels. I bought one for each of my sons for Christmas. Both have several spots with fabric string pulls and one of the hoods is split at the seam. They were only used and washed twice. They loved them, but the quality did not last at all! :(

The seller sent me an item with the incorrect font and offered to fix the item only if I sent the incorrectly printed item back (at my expense) and if I included a prepaid return mailer (at my expense) for her to send the corrected item back to me.

I received the wrong font on an item and the seller did not accept accountability for the error, and only offered to replace it if I paid for shipping back to seller to correct the item and then again pay for the expense for her to ship it back to me.
