The cape is made with a beautiful Satin and all appliques are embroidered appliqué to add an extra special detail on it. It closes on the neck with velcro, easy put it on and off.

Small - 18 Mo. – 4 yrs. old - around 22"
Medium - 5 – 12 yrs. old- around 30"
